Timothy Hughes leads the capital markets tax practice at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, one of Canada’s premier law firms. With a focus on a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions, Timothy offers expert legal counsel on everything from traditional IPOs and private placements to innovative financial instruments such as hybrid securities, Basel III compliant capital, securitizations, securities loans, and derivatives.
