Timothy P. Boland

Tim Boland is a trial lawyer for the seriously injured. He is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. Tim has extensive trial experience and numerous precedent-setting verdicts on behalf of individuals who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord trauma, serious orthopedic injuries and lost loved ones. Tim is frequently invited to speak at conferences and publish in the area of trial advocacy. He is a former director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. Awards: (2008) H. Bruce T.
