Vicki Tickle is a partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency Group at Cassels. She has over 20 years of experience in the insolvency and restructuring field, having practised in Australia, England, and Canada. Vicki works with a wide range of clients, including lenders, insolvency professionals, challenged companies, and other stakeholders, both in Canada and internationally. She crafts commercial solutions for clients in such diverse fields as media, technology, retail, cannabis, mining, construction, real estate and manufacturing. Vicki acted for KSV Restructuring Inc. in its capacity as receiver of Southview Gardens Limited Partnership, Southview Gardens BT Ltd. and Southview Gardens Properties Ltd., for PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. in its role as monitor of Quest University Canada, and for Creditloans Canada Financing Inc. and Creditloans Canada Capital Inc. in connection with their successful CCAA proceedings. She is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and a Past Chair of the Western Canada Network of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
