In addition to her transactional practice, Victoria routinely advises Canadian and foreign financial institutions and other regulated and unregulated financial service providers on a variety of regulatory matters, including bank and insurance regulation, Fintech, compliance, establishment of new financial institutions in Canada, corporate governance, credit cards, payment and settlement systems, compliance and outsourcing arrangements. Victoria completed a secondment at the Office of Superintendent of Financial Institutions in 2010.
