He assists start-up and emerging companies, as well as large corporations. He has been the author of more than 200 publications and conferences and a speaker on intellectual property and emerging technologies by several prestigious organizations around the world. He was recently recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” in intellectual property by Best Lawyers in Canada. He is also recognized by Lexpert and Best Lawyers in Canada in the areas of intellectual property and technology law, and was recently recognized as a “Lexpert Rising Star: Leading Lawyers Under 40” in Canada.
